This is the same deal as the previous muffin recipe post -- I made more of a cake than a muffin, but that's okay. For this recipe we were also able to use fresh berries, which is great. They were also on sale, double great!
I think this recipe would have done much better as muffins because the dough was so thick it took about twice as long as the recipe said to cook. It still tasted great though!
