Yoga X was pretty intense but I really enjoyed it. There were some pretty difficult maneuvers for me because my balance needs some work but I feel better this morning. Less sore from my other days of working out because I was stretching a lot, so that is nice. My back hurts a bit but I find myself sitting up straighter, trying to make a conscious effort to keep good posture. I wasn't able to hold my legs as straight or as high as they did in the DVD so I guess that's how I'll gauge my improvement.
Today is back and legs so we'll see how that goes :-)
